-------- Ingredients and how to make---------------
1. Materials needed:
- 1kg ground beef
- Ground chicken meat 1/2kg
- 6 chicken egg whites
- 12 cloves Fried garlic (puree)
- 12 cloves Fried shallots (puree)
- Baking powder 3 tsp
- White pepper powder 2 tsp
- Himalayan salt 2 tsp
- Royco or powdered broth 2 tsp
- Garlic powder 2 tsp
- Water to taste to boil meatballs.
2. How to make meatballs without flour:
1. Put beef and chicken in the freezer for 2 hours (until half frozen)
2. In the food processor enter garlic and fried shallots that have been mashed, egg whites, salt, broth powder, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder, then grind briefly until the seasoning evenly
3. After that put the beef and chicken half-frozen into a food processor, then grind until smooth soft
4. After the dough is smooth and soft, store the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour (so that the meatballs will be bantet and chewy)
5. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan
6. Remove the meatball dough from the refrigerator, then dictate using hands like a ball and boil until fluffy or cooked. Do the meatball printing until the dough runs out.

Serve with the addition of fresh gravy and vermicelli toge and sambal to add spicy... wuiihh mantep deh .. Hehe.
